As featured in Taste Magazine, Spring 2013. An underappreciated variety, this Pinot Blanc is a crisp, refreshing, good value wine for any occasion. The nose is subtle with fruity notes of apple peel, pear and pineapple. The palate is medium in body and dry and zingy with its lemon, lime and apple peel notes lingering on the long finish. This is a great all-rounder to pair with shellfish and spring salads.
